I went to BurgerFi at Lauderdale by the Sea March 7, 2025 The restaurant was spotless. I noticed the manager Janice was constantly wiping tables, condiment stations etc. She was constantly sweeping the floor. The floor was spotless. I asked her name so I could write this review, she was lovely.
The cashier, Njelle, was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The chef, Faith, mad a great burger! Clean as well.
We had never tried BugerFi before but were really impressed. The quality of the food and the somewhat unusual options were a nice change to the gourmet style burgers we get in the UK.
Edit: I originally left a 5 star review without any comments but since then I've been back a couple of times and I still maintain the 5 star rating. Burgers, fries, and custard were great each time. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
First time trying...on vacation.... we have one in ohio, but I never went yet. Nice little burgers! It hit the spot! Everything was fresh. Burger really did taste like beef. I also got an order of the wings too! They were nice size wing dings. They have a nice open restaurant with a nice outside patio to eat on. I liked it! Chicken sandwich looks . I think I may try that next.

I’ve been coming here for years - we actually live in LBTS. Today I had the pleasure of sitting down with Art who owns the franchise. What a delightful gentleman. He checked on me and I mentioned the veggie burger seemed to change. He immediately offered to make me something else then chatted with me about the changes they are making. There was nothing at all wrong with the burger; it was just different and I thought I was nuts, but no! It was such a fun experience - in addition to great food. Love my town and the businesses here!
